DMC Hospitality was founded by Chef Dillion Cappello, a culinary professional with years of experience working in professional kitchens, catering operations, and hospitality environments.

Chef Cappello’s career has been built around developing thoughtful menus, building efficient kitchen systems, and delivering high-quality food experiences. His work combines creativity with the practical mindset of a chef who understands the daily realities of running a kitchen and managing hospitality teams.

In addition to leading catering events and private dining experiences, Chef Cappello works with restaurants and hospitality businesses through consulting services focused on menu development, operational efficiency, and restaurant profitability.

His hands-on experience in kitchens, pop-up dining concepts, and catering operations allows him to approach each project with a balance of culinary creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
